ATTENTION HOBBY STOCK DRIVERS

This Friday night May 20th, we would like to have a short session after the regular driver's meeting to discuss issues involving the proposed tire rule change. At this meeting we would like to express our opinions and listen to yours. In the end, we would like you, the racers, to decide by vote whether or not to make changes to our current tire rules. Please give this issue some thought during the week as we would like to have a quick and orderly discussion on this subject.

Coming This Friday, May 13th:

The Bob Sweitzer Memorial for Late Models -- a 30- lap feature paying $1,500.00 to win.  Joining the Late Models will be the Limited Lates, Street Stocks and Cruiser/Hobbys.  This will also be the second leg of the Bed/Rock Shootout.

*** Kids Car Rides ***  from 6:00pm - 6:30pm
Kids will be given a special opportunity to go for a ride around the speedway in a race car.  See up close the inside of a race car and see the speedway as the drivers see it!!!!

This week's action ...
The PA 305 Sprints invade Bedford speedway this friday night and are joined by the Late Models and Hobby Cruisers. As a result of the Limited Late Models not being in action this week, they are going to be allowed to compete in the Late Model division if they choose to do so.  This is an exemption that will be granted twice in the 2005 season...5-5-05

Fan of the Week is back ...
"The New Hairline" has once again sponsored the Fan of the Week contest.  Just fill out the form on the Fan of the Week page and you could win a free general admission pass to the Speedway.  In addition, you will ba able to vote for your favorite driver.  The driver with the most votes at the end of the year will be recognized as the "New Hairline fan's choice favorite driver" at the year-end banquet.  You may only register once a year, and your entry will be re-submitted each week to be chosen as Fan of the Week. ....5-4-05

Interstate Napa Bedford Speedway Race Report ...
Fans can tune into any one of these three stations (100.9 WAYC-FM, 107.5 FM WBVE and/or Oldies 1310 AM WBFD) beginning Saturday morning April 30th for the "Interstate Napa Bedford Speedway Race Report"  It will air weekly between 9 and 10am every Saturday, Sunday and Monday. ....5-2-05
